A sculptural vintage table lamp with a heavy clear crystal glass base, attributed to Art Vannes, France, and dating most likely from the 1960s.
The base has a strong vertical movement, with deep optical ribs and flowing lines that catch and refract the light beautifully. Its form feels organic and architectural at the same time — almost like a frozen splash, a folded wave, or a small crystal column shaped by movement.
The clear crystal gives the lamp a calm, elegant presence, while the newly fitted black linen shade creates a strong modern contrast. This makes the piece easy to place in both vintage and contemporary interiors: on a sideboard, bedside table, console, desk or low cabinet.
The lamp has been newly wired and fitted with a new linen lampshade. A decorative and functional lighting object with classic French mid-century character.
