Charming Art Deco piggy bank depicting a stylized rider on a galloping white horse.
Hand-painted in bright glazes, this majolica figure was produced by ESDEVE, a distinguished brand of Sarreguemines, one of the most respected French faïence manufactories.
Intended as a sealed savings bank, designed to be broken open when full — an authentic relic of early 20th-century saving habits.
Fine craquelure and strong Art Deco modeling.
