Pair of Murano Bullicante Glass Lamps – GESO Label, in the Style of Paolo Venini (c.1960s)
GESO label provenance | In the style of Paolo Venini
CHF 410
Hollywood Regency meets Italian dolce vita: these hand-blown Murano globes swirl with ribbons of gold-toned shimmer and the classic bullicante (controlled bubble) technique—perfected in the 1930s–40s and brought to international fame by master designer Paolo Venini and his collaborators.
Comparable examples of bullicante lighting were produced by Venini’s workshop in the 1950s–60s. While these lamps carry the GESO label (indicating Central European distribution), they reflect the same design spirit that made Venini a household name in Murano glass.
We leave the choice of lampshade to you. Go bold, go minimal, or lean full Hollywood glamour with a fringed number—the stage is yours.
